Our platform functions strictly as a historical and cultural digital registry and metadata catalog documenting hip-hop ephemera, with a dedicated focus on the contributions and legacy of women in hip-hop culture.
This is a descriptive and visual database of physical artifacts, including but not limited to apparel (jackets, t-shirts), print media (books, magazines), and physical media formats (DVDs, VHS tapes).
This Archive does not provide digital media playback or audio/video streaming.
This Archive does not provide full-text reading or digital scans of print materials.
This Archive does not sell or distribute the physical merchandise logged within the registry.
2. Intellectual Property and Archive Photography Ownership
All original photography, item imagery, cataloging descriptions, database arrangements, and digital assets displayed on this site were created by us and are the exclusive intellectual property of our brand.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to view these materials for personal research, historical education, and cultural appreciation. You may not copy, download, screenshot, redistribute, or use our original product photography for commercial purposes, apparel reproduction, or social media aggregation without our express, prior written consent.
3. Cultural Preservation and Fair Use Disclaimer
The brand names, logos, artist names, registered trademarks, album artwork, and designs of the third-party musical artists, apparel brands, record labels, and publishers featured in this archive remain the sole property of their respective copyright and trademark owners.

5. Restrictions on Automated Access and Scraping
To protect our original photography and data curation, you agree not to harvest, extract, scrape, or systematically collect any images, metadata, or text descriptions from this Archive using automated tools. This includes, but is not limited to, bots, spiders, crawlers, or "screen scraping" software.
Furthermore, using the visual assets or text descriptions on this platform to train machine learning models or artificial intelligence (AI) systems without explicit, written permission from us is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized mass-downloading of our photography will result in an immediate and permanent IP block and potential legal action.
